Who created THE CULTURAL BRAINER?
Lisa Aïssaoui is a recent graduate in BA in Social Anthropology & African Studies, SOAS, University of London (Class of 2016). She also engaged in a foundation course in World Art History & Issues in Development Studies, SOAS, University of London (2011-2012) and will start a MSc in Global Mental Health in September 2017 at The institute of Psychiatry, King’s College and London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
She developped a passion about the interesting connections present inside the brain, that make us who are, but also shape and are shaped by our environment. Lisa is currently planning to continue further studies in the field of cross-cultural psychiatry for it is where lie many answers about humanity. Societies & cultures are about the norms, mental diseases are the opposite of the norms emanating from some certain norms. She wishes to explore numerous questions on this topic and invites you to contribute via comments or e-mail contact to firstname.lastname@example.org
